The inaccurate distance from the hotel to the airport is appalling!!! No air conditioning makes for an uncomfortable stay, especially in warmer months. It's disappointing not to find better recreation options!!!

The location was great and beautiful, within easy walking distance of Church of the Pokrov. The restaurant here was pleasant which had excellent food, we both ordered amazing dishes.

Wifi isn't free in this hotel. Wifi equipment is old and it does not allow to connect with modern mobile devices (IPhone for example). Sauna and swimming pool are available only from 14:00 to 22:00.

The bustling breakfast buffet impressed me with a variety of choices. Each day, they quickly replenished items that ran out. Enjoying a good meal while seated in the bright conservatory set a comforting tone for the morning. The room offered a sense of space, cleanliness, and comfort, with good-quality toiletries and soft towels. My special birthday dinner at the Taverne restaurant felt exquisite. The personalized touches and beautifully presented dishes. Staff members demonstrated really good care, everything was just right. The hotel's remote location posed a challenge for transport. Being 30 km from the airport is quite misleading. Lack of air conditioning contributed to discomfort during hot days, which needs addressing. The recreational facilities were limited, and there was no gym, leading to a somewhat isolating feeling once the sun went down.

The pool, while not ideal for kids, presented a unique challenge. I'd recommend confirming restaurant hours prior to arrival for better dining options.

Overall quality is good, price is comparable with center Vienna though. The Taverne near the hotel has excellent food and service.

decent experience but misleading distance
The staff provided really good assistance during check-in and were friendly throughout our stay. The indoor pool was a pleasant surprise, awesome for some relaxation after a long day. The morning breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was quickly replenished when items ran out, we had a hearty start to our day. While the atmosphere was cute, a few more details in English would certainly enhance the experience.
The hotel's location is not as close to the airport as advertised.
